Randy Fletcher has over 30 years of professional experience in sales and management, with a diverse background in distribution, manufacturing, B2B, and Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as ministry and public service. His expertise includes strategic planning, process implementation, negotiating, and closing opportunities. Randy's interpersonal skills and dedication to exceeding client expectations are key aspects of his professional career.
Randy co-founded CrossRoads Business Advisors with his wife Sandy, establishing a Mergers and Acquisitions advisory firm dedicated to serving clients with commitment and compassion. The firm prioritizes quality over quantity, treating every client as the most important and focusing on how best to represent them. Randy's unique ability to connect buyers and sellers, coupled with his expertise in strategic planning, process implementation, and negotiating, helps clients navigate their path, focusing on their individual goals and maximizing the value of their company for their exit.
Outside of the office, Randy serves as a church elder, honored with the opportunity to regularly preach and teach. Together, he and Sandy have organized and led multiple ministry events and community service groups. High school sweethearts, Randy and Sandy are excited to celebrate their 30th anniversary in May 2025. Whether serving together or working in their business, they feel truly blessed spending time together. They are proud parents of two adult daughters, Kaitlyn and Emily, and enjoy the companionship of their loyal dog and lively cat. Randy's dedication to his faith, family, and community reflects his strong personal values and commitment to serving and making a positive impact on the community and for The Kingdom.

Sandy Fletcher has over 35 years of experience in client relations. She is known for her kindness, respect, integrity, and a bright smile that has been said can even be "heard" over the phone. Throughout her professional career, Sandy has had the privilege of working closely with business owners at various stages of their business journeys. During this time, she had the opportunity to assist a few owners through the process of selling their businesses. She fully appreciates the dedication and time it takes to run a business and understands the emotional journey involved in selling one.
After having separate careers spanning over 30 years, Sandy and her husband, Randy Fletcher, began to pray for guidance and direction in changing their career paths. They decided to combine their talents, skills, and extensive professional experiences, leveraging their individual strengths and many years of serving in multiple ministries and community projects together. Their resilience, determination, and enjoyment of working together, along with their shared commitment to serving others, led them to co-found CrossRoads Business Advisors.
In their time away from the office, Sandy and Randy enjoy the company of their faithful rescue dog, Hunter, and the crazy antics of the cat, ZuZu. High school sweethearts, they are excited to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary in May 2025. They are proud parents of two beautiful adult daughters, Kaitlyn Grace and Emily Faith. They are currently leading a community group at their church, Cornerstone, focused on the foundations of marriage. Whether serving in ministry, entertaining family and friends, working in the business, or simply catching up on their favorite TV shows, Sandy and Randy feel blessed spending their time together.
